Here is the latest major piece from the workshop.
Designed from vintage resin pieces painted in the American versus Native theme, western style, the embossed leather chessboard (tooled leather) is truly one of a kind by its original decoration inspired by Native American art.
Size approximately 40.5cm x 40.5cm in vegetable-tanned cowhide of 4mm thickness, framed with square buffalo leather lacing. Manually dyed.
Mounted on a 15mm thick wooden base with legs, bordered with leather fringes and genuine beaded hides, with suede leather feathers at the four corners.
It required more than 60 hours of meticulous & specific craftsmanship (not counting the exclusive concept work!)."
