The Lady with an Ermine, unveiled, inspired by Da Vinci

Painting made on a sheet of vegetable-tanned cowhide leather, measuring approximately 20X30cm, with framed dimensions of 31.5X39.7cm.

The artwork utilizes a modern carving technique, employing stamping tools to sculpt the thickness of the leather. Additionally, Cordoba leather techniques are incorporated.

It is painted and dyed using special leather acrylic and pigments.

Leaf gilding is applied to the corners and the character's hair.

This is a fantasy version of Leonardo da Vinci's Lady with an Ermine, depicted in a "free" state, liberated from its veil.

The piece is finished with an extra-fine varnish. It is affixed to the support using copper nails and adhesive.

The painted wooden frame has a waxed antique and white tint.

This artwork is unique.
